Beet Berry Pear Juice

  1. Pour your beet, pear, and citrus juices into a mason jar. Set aside.
  2. In a blender, add raspberries and water. Puree until smooth.
  3. Add pureed raspberries to mason jar and shake until well blended.
  4. Juice is ready to drink and will keep for 4 days refrigerated in container with a tight fitting lid.


You can use any variety of pear. Our personal preference is Red d’Anjou, but we have used them all and it doesn’t make a difference.

Recipe make a little over a half quart depending on the amount of juice you get out of your fruits and vegetables.
