The Tale of Two Almonds
Okay, hear us out on this one. In our experience in the South Shore Kitchen there are two different scenarios when it come to almond milk. Scenario one, you open the fridge pull out the almost full container of almond milk, twist off the cap, give it a sniff and realize it went bad weeks ago. Once again you have wasted an almost full container. Scenario two, you open the fridge and poke around in every dark corner and there is no almond milk to be found. You shut the door in utter disappointment.
