Ingredients
- 2 ounces tequila
- 2 ounces prickly pear syrup
- 1.5 ounces lime juice, fresh
- Ginger beer
- Ice
- Lime wedge, optional garnish
- Pint glass or 2 rocks glasses
Instructions
- In a pint glass, add prickly pear syrup, tequila, fresh lime juice and ice.
- Top remainder with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge.
- Stir and enjoy!
